Design: The fine mechanical cleaning Serus filter FS-10 consists of a body with an internal thread, a string filter element, a water structure, a drain valve, a bulb, a pressure gauge. The drain valve provides direct flushing of the filter. The filter is easy to maintain and operate and has compact dimensions.

Operating Principle
  • The Serus self-cleaning inline water filter has two modes of operation: filtration and flushing.
  • In the filtration mode, water penetrates the filter element inside and leaves the filter cleaned.
  • All mechanical impurities remain outside the filter element at the bottom of the flask. The rinse mode is switched on / off by opening the drainage valve at the bottom of the flask During washing, the water stream removes all accumulated debris from both the surface of the filter element and the bottom of the filter housing. The operation of the drain valve can be done manually or with an automatic flushing device.
Materials
  1. The body and the filter flask are made of stamped brass with a nickel-plated coating 
  2. A water structure inside the filter cartridge is made of fine magnet, amber and rhinestone for structured water 
  3. A fine string filtering element made of high-alloyed stainless steel - NBR seals.
Installation: Installation of the filter is possible on plastic and metal pipes. Installation of the filter is recommended after the shut-off valves behind the water meter. Maintenance of the filter is done without dismantling. The filter position is only in the vertical position with the drain valve pointing down. Installation in a confined space is possible.

How Our Self Cleaning Water Filters & Purifiers Work
  • ★ Filter Operate Opposite of anything else. Water goes first into the filter around the 0.8-1.0 micron or less can penetrate through the ultra-thin microwire. 
  • ★ The stainless steel shell of the cartridge is covered in nanosilver particles for water disinfection. The natural way!
  • ★ On the shell of the filter cartridge is a special stainless steel spiral microwire that is wounded around the frame multiple times. 
  • ★ The stainless steel spiral microwire is thinner than a human hair. The distance between the microwire pores is 0.2-0.3 microns.
  • ★ The self auto oscillations in the spiral micro-wire arise from hydrodynamic processes in a turbulent vortex flow.
  • ★ Water that enters the filter under pressure passes through between the spiral microwire pores and impurities don't pass and get finished out by the drain valve.
  • ★ Due to the vortex vibration of the spiral microwire impurities cannot stick to the filter element and drop down vertically for flushing.
  • ★ Once pure water passes into the filter cartridge it passes a multipolar magnetic unit that is mixed with amber and rhinestone crystals for structured H302 live water with perfect balanced pH.
  • ★ Impurities accumulate at the bottom of the flask. Flushing of the filter can be done manually or with an electric auto flushing device.
